This post is very usefull for as I am a Marketing manager. I like to encourage the members of my team. I think a person will give his/her best if we encourage him/her and not be unpleasant or say something like “it’s so easy for me to do that; why is it so hard for you?”.
I think the sentence would be correct if I wrote “This post is very useful for me as I am…”

Also another one I remembered in American English is “Swell!”
To start the day with a good mood, it’s nice to hear “Good morning, How are you?” with a smile. It’s the same in our job; sometimes we can appreciate encouragements as “Good job! Well done! etc.” when we do a lot of effort doing our job well.
Unfortunately, it’s rarely the case, so we get discouraged and we don’t like our job then… Are we becoming robots?

… and then we don’t like our job.
