EASTER RECIPE

It’s Easter! Here is a delicious recipe for today!

You need (for 4 persons):

– 800 g lamb (shoulder or collar)
– Flour
– “Bouquet garni”
– 3 carrots, 3 potatoes, 2 onions, 200 g little peas, 3 turnips
– oil, salt and pepper, parsley, spices (if you wish)
– tomato paste
– 1 dry lemon (optional)
The must : “gourmet peas” if you find them…

Brown the lamb with onions for 10 minutes on gas with oil and butter and season with salt and pepper. Then, sprinkle the flour and add the tomato paste with the “bouquet garni” (mixed herbs)…
