Here is my quick recipe for a delicious pineapple and chicken dish:
First, you heat and color sliced onions in a little oil in a pan. Then you add the chicken cut in dices. You can add some lardons, just if you want. You put pepper and salt and sprinkle generously curry powder. When the chicken begins to cook, you pour the juice of a tin of pineapple, and finally the diced pineapple. You serve it with some delicious perfumed rice.
Easy, exotic for us, French people, and very good!
