Summertime reading

Soon, it will be summertime. Time to walk but also time to read novels. Last summer, my daughter-in-law suggested I read Donna Tartt’s novel, The Goldfinch. (Nothing to see with the famous Pejman’s goldfish). Frankly, it’s the best novel I read these ten last years. I let you discover the plot of the story here.

Could you guess?

A few days ago, I saw a bird in my little garden. It was doing something unusual. Do you know what bird it is and could you guess what it was doing? (Hint: It was ganging hanging from a wall, making something…)

Douce France…

I was disappointed and very angry this morning when I heard something on the radio that reminds me black hours of our French History. Yoga was great for me

I had a very stiff body for the whole of my life. My fingers could touch just my knees when I bent and I ‎couldn’t sit cross legged from my childhood, so I had difficulties in sitting on the ground. I had accepted ‎it as a genetic problem and had come to terms with it. … Continue Reading
